• 12 month contract
• Regular and consistent work day each week
• Regular and consistent on site foreman assigned to the site each year
• Site meetings and walk arounds to discuss landscape improvements or concerns
• Lawn mowing, edging and trimming
• Lawn Aeration
• Lawn care applications such as liming, moss control, and four balanced fertilizers
• Seasonally appropriate annual tree, shrub and ground cover pruning
• Garden bed maintenance, rotational weeding and cultivation
• Sidewalk, driveway, patio and parking area blowing and green waste debris removal
• Leaf clean-up and green waste debris removal.
